INFOR Xiaomi Mi 9 Explorer Edition (Transparent Edition) account remove and unlock bootloader

Hi guys,

Anyone had tried to use unlocktool to remove mi account for Mi 9 Explorer Edition ?

i got one in Lost Mode = Lost, Chinese Rom installed and i need to remove the mi cloud account from it.

if unlocktool does not work for this phone, what other tool i can use to do this with 100% sucess rate ?
