HELP ! waiting for vid_0000&pid_0000

Hello!
I've been trying to use this app but it's seems that remains stuck on "waiting for device" for a while.
I had install all the drivers that are used to make it but still doesn't work.
Please I need help in order to use this tool.

If you use win 10,disable driver signature.
