HELP ! Vivo Y12 1904

I have managed to reset the phone but unable to Erase FRP on phone. When I tried to use BROM Erase FRP in the 2019 Version it gets to Jumping to BROM OK and phone starts up, in the bottom left corner says waiting for vid_0e8d&pid_0003 and wont proceed.
When i use the New Sec Patch I get the following errors. Can someone please help me out to fix this
