HELP ! VIVO V52 5G ( PD2069 ) PRELOADER/BROM mode not working

Hello, this device is detected in MTP mode,
there is no CLONE APP , can't change PIN .. i tried all ways on youtube

when i shutdown the phone and i plug for preloader mode, COMPUTER detect nothing ! ( ALL DRIVERS INSTALLED _ i use UT everyday )

is there any solution ?

i had to reset the device one more time.
