HELP ! unlock tool 6 month licence mistakenly put wrong username to activate

i have bought 6 month licence for unlock tool from whom i bought he placed order for me
i sent him username2000 but mistakenly he typed tulipkhan thats not correct i have been charged for it but and
unlock tool account is registered with this tulipkhan which is not correct my username is tuilpkhan2000 and email linked to unlock tool account is tuilpkhan@gmail.com
kindly solve my issue help would be appreciated
