HELP ! Tecno spark 7

Hello here , I need help about two things
1- How can I do Mediatek ''read info'' to see phone ID or build number in unlocktool.
2- Tecno kf6i DM verity error your mobile can not be trust after trying to reset screen lock , now I am trying to patch it with Unlocktool but fail, getting error ''the device is occupied '' and the phone reboot to charge screen with the DM verity corrupted error . Please any help ?

just write cache from flash file

thanks sir but i download 3 differents firmware but there is no cache file amoung them only user data and all other file
