HELP ! Sending start command fail

Please help me as i am still a new user on this tool
I’ve done everything i watched on youtube still nothing is working as i keep getting this same error ~sending start command fails~
The error use to be bypassing authentication fail
Failed to switch interface!
After a couple of trail and installing and uninstalling drivers I’ll end up with **sending start command fail** please help me solve this so my license will stop wasting away
