HELP ! Redmi note 9 Merlin Mi Account Flash file not working

So the Bootloader was already unlocked by mi account
And i Flashed this file

But when the device finished booting up. Mi account lock screen again.
I tried Reset MiCloud but i think my driver has an issue

Can anyone pls help me with this problem i have been trying for 2 days to unlock this
I activated UnlockTool in 7/29.
