HELP ! Pwned dfu mode restarts before booting ramdisk completely? (Booting ramdisk fail, recovery mode)?

Hey guys, why is pwned dfu mode keeps restarting before booting ramdisk completely? so it says : BOOTING Ramdisk fail, Recovery mode!
is there any problems with my PC , drivers etc.. or any problem with Iphone i'm trying to bypass? anyone has solution for this? i think everyone experiencing this issue

Pwned dfu mode just reboots itself before booting ramdisk done.

For now there are no available working DFU-PWNDER solution on 15.6.1 .

i saw that, but mine was 15.5 and 15.6 tried on multiple devices all same
