please help...how to repair security Redmi Note 9 marlin

1st flash Eng Rom then repair security with muie META so write security done bout imei show in eng rom.
2nd now flash with global rom so set orn but show " unable to get imei "
now again flash eng rom and backup nvram data and flash again global rom and restore nvram data unlock tool but still show " unable to get imei "

so plesa help how to solve this problem
