HELP ! Oppo realme 8 problem

A customer bring me realme 8 he forgot the screen password i try to reset it but in wipe data menu ask me screen pass
I try with unlocktool in brom factory reset with volume buttons press +/- and conect cable but software stuck waiting for the device...
what i am doing wrong ?

i install drivers from software in windows 10 but nothing in the device manager recognize the phone mtp usb device
The phone is 12 days old and the USB debugging is off i try other ports but nothing when i press volume button +/- plus insert cable the phone open to recovery and nothing
any others solution or suggestions or a gide how to do it will appreciate
