HELP ! OPPO A15s SERVER NOT SUPPORT WHILE FLASSHING

I was trying to flash my Oppo A15s, but it says "Server not Support". using UNLOCK TOOL
The problem is "download not completed error code 0x992566", I Tried to follow all the videos from youtube and troubleshoot from unlock tool but that doesn't work
also when I try the possible solution I need the OPPO_CUSTOM.bin file which I don't have please help. I'm so lost.

When i try one click OPPO[RMX] FIX DL - it says OK but actually didn't work
