HELP ! Oppo 15 cph2185 android 10 frp+ reset

Hi to all, i have oppo a15 cph2185 android 10, need remove frp but when try reset+frp have error:

[BROM] FACTORY RESET + FRP
LibUSB driver is not installed!
Authenticating... OK
