HELP ! Mi Xiaomi 9C blocked by Xiaomi blacklist

I have a Xiaomi 9C that I bought in Russia, it was new in its box so a few days ago it took me this poster as the Xiaomi company blocks my mobile for activating it in another territory, I am from Cuba and here there are no Xiaomi restrictions for that, I need Some solution with your tool, but it tells me that the 9C is not supported when unlocking the BL, if they would be so kind to give me a solution.

I managed to remove it but with the combination of UMT Ultimate tool MTK and the Unlocktool tool with both I was able to do the job satisfactorily.

The Unlocktool tool by itself I could not use it to unlock the BL when it detected the phone that I chose the model, it grayed out the BL unlock options at the end I ended up using both to do the job, an important thing that happened to me in which I had to uncheck the PreLoader at the time of making it flash because it almost killed the device, apparently it was passing a compilation greater than the one that the mobile had, I thought it had nothing to do but yes, I almost broke it, the good thing is that with Unlocktool I was able to save the device again

Once you have unlocked the Mi Account of the phone with the help of the unlock tool. Remember that the phone should not be connected to the Internet. Go to the phone's settings and unlock the oem in the phone and try again to unlock the bootloader With Unlock Tool.

But the supoorted firmware is Angelican because is 2 types of redmi 9C one like this and other 9c NFC the name is Angelican so we can use the same firmware for both redmi 9C and 9C NFC ????
