HELP ! MI CC9 lite pyxis - micloud / by pass: done , but .... no activation sim & relock

I got to unlock my MI CC9 lite pyxis (it was completely brick)
I am very satisfied with the software it was very efficient and it was very fast
but on the other hand once I connect to the internet (wifi) the phone RELOCK (micloud)

I have tried with two version of MUI:
the first: V11.3.4.0.PFCMIXM_20191122.0000.00_9.0_global
and now: V12.0.4.0.QFCMIXM_20200910.0000.00_10.0_global
after trying with 12.0.4.0 and the phone relocked with wifi
I used the drony apk with a tutorial on youtube (simple) to block the relock and it works.
on the other hand, I cannot use a sim card, the xiaomi activation service launches and refuses the activation,

a person will have a solution to definitively prevent the relock and be able to use the sim card or the correct procedure?

bro is your mi 9 lite unlocked bootloader ?

yes I arrived before to unlock it, I could check the status at the base it was blocked then unlocked with unlooktool

I checked the status because I was not sure,
the bootloader is blocked , I did not have to do the manipulation before the flash for the 2nd or 3rd time, (I start is a bit difficult)
so I'm going to try : D

my friend this is the solution I already use with drony it works well, but impossible to insert a sim card a sim activation request by xiaomi and asked and refused, moreover a phone in this state cannot be resold for example or simply called.... I am at this stage mate

in the tutorial video I watched (exactly the same as your video) the person actually inserts a sim into their phone and works. me with the CC9 pyxis no, I actually manage to connect to the internet without being relocked, but once the sim has been inserted, an activation request by xiaomi is asked and refused , (there are tutorials for the xiaomi sim activation) but does not work on my MI 9

i used their software: https://unlocktool.net/ (unloocktool)

honestly i'm a beginner too and could do almost anything i wanted. and my friends if you don't have an authorized account at xiaomi (like a reseller, or the cloud account) you won't be able to flash or do anything that and closed, with their software if you have access to everything that is possible.
So yes it is paying but I do not regret it is offered 20USD (3 months) I could make a MI9 phone work for 16 €.
of course I could do it for a lot of phone that could pass me in the hand! (I take the time to write it down, it's worth it!)
