HELP ! Mi 9se (Grus)

Hello friends, sorry for my bad english. I have this device, client blocked the bootloader and got a brick. It was unlocked and flashed in China, so I can’t unlock the bootloader to flash the global firmware with the official utility, because it swears at the old mi account.
I managed to flash it only on CN firmware. Every time I unlock the bootloader in EDL Mode, I can't get into fastboot mode. I tried the firmware from the instructions. Nothing comes out, what could be my mistake? Pls help me

remove battery , go to edl mode, once it's on edl mode plug battery and unlock bootloader, it should restart on fastboot

i'm not sure if it will work with you, but one time it worked with me.

all correct?

After flashing this firmware i have "The system has been destroyed"

why you select " MiCloud ROM " and "Full flash" ?
i dont select them , and flash EDL mode

After when unlock bootloader 9008 then reboot fastboot unlock bootloader again and check info
