HELP ! iPhone X 10,6 Failed to locate activation data!

Sir, i am unable to backup the passcode for this mobile.
Tried iPwnder->Boot RAMDISK[1]->Backup Passcode but it keeps saying "Failed to locate activation data!"

iPhone is on iOS 15.7 and Passcode in white screen. I also tried boot usb for Pwnder checkm8 but it shows the same error.

Any idea to fix this error?

replace cable or update ios not restore then try again..
