HELP ! Huawei P30 pro vog-l29 unable to connect via testpoion

i need some help regarding removing frp file the tst point is not woring and i am unable to download the file from the unlocktool.net server please upgrade the file there or if anyone else have file please share

With due respect sir that method was in old version like 10.0.0.0 or 9.0.0.0 this phone have Andriod 11.X.X.X so the test points doesn't detect the phone.
Even it is the 3rd phone from last month to till
so please give us solution to downgrade it to Andriod 10.XX

Again another same model comes and have the same issue unable to detect via test point and also unable to download firmware from inside the unlocktool software nither from the support section
please help if you can Admin
