What Do you want to remove

pattern lock ?
google lock FRP ?

for pattern lock do hard reset
switch off phone hold volume up insert usb press power
after power on release power hold vol up untill you get recovery

For Frp its Kirin Hi980
select hisilicon kirin 980 [frp] usb 1.0
connect mobile via test point in usb 1.0 mode
click on erease frp

sorry for the delay. to solve your problem you must first download a firmware 9.1 from your huawei with the same region.
example: HMA-AL00 9.1.X.X (C00)
you extract the files and you should have this;
sd_base.zip
sd_cust.zip
sd_preload.zip

then the important thing to do is to unlock your bootloader. you have the choice
UnlockTool
MRT ... and so on
after doing it go to unlockTool and go to flash mode
select '' fastboot '' flash files as follows
1- PTABLE_BASE
2-PTABLE_CUST
3-PTABLE_PRELOAD
4-UPDATE_BASE
5-UPDATE_CUST
6-UBDATE_PRELOAD
at the end of the flash, turn on your Huawei and you go back to version 9.1.x remove the HUAWEI ID account with UnlockTool or Sigmakey or EFT_PRO or other and it's good.
