HELP ! How to Unlock Bootloader Mi Note 3 ?

hi, can someone teach me step by step, how to unlock bootloader redmi note 3 (jason).

is there any files i need to use?

Do i need to flash with unlock bootloader file in edl first ? if so, then where can i get unlock bootloader file for mi note 3?



and last question, what is the purpose of this firmware below? i tried flash mi note 3 with that firmware, but my phone showed the system has been destroyed. i really dont understand how to unlock bootloader actually.

but sir, I already did this..already unlock bootloade In EDL.. but my phone now bootloop..stuck at logo.. and cannot enter fastboot

something wrong ?

Whats is wrong actually ? How to unlock bootloader in proper way ? do i need to flash with certain firmware first before unlock bootloader ?

sir, before unlock bootloader in EDL tab, do we need to flash with unlock bootloader file first ?
