my phone is a passcode, not a hello screen. I try three models of iPhone 6,6s,6s+ both same complaint. iPhone 6 ios version is 12.5.2
iPhone 6s ios version is 13.6.1 and the iPhone 6s+ ios version is 14.4.2... both know the phone passcode but they forget the iCloud password.
