if that dont works try to uninstall itunes, and in 3utools/toolbox/itunes utility uninstall itunes and repair driver, reboot your pc and retry the process

thank you for the reply. i did as yo said and I restarted my system. when I tried again. it was the same thing that happened. when I click on backup it just stays on 10%

it pwned successfully with no error
it also booted successfully with no error.
when I tried backing up, it just stayed on 10% forever. it doesn't go past 10%

download chimeratool and install all drivers and try, disable the mandatory use of signed drivers, another solution is upgrade the lastest firmware with 3utools with retaining data option activated, or finally try in another pc
