QUESTION Excillent Tool but So POOR support

Hi all i am facing renewing the licence issue from almost 3 days
1- i posted in the activation thread about the skrill and other payment options works got no response
2- by clicking on renew option at tool attached link no one response there
3- finally at last option i find the 1st person i got the earlier activation that was gsmradix.com person and last time he was replying late but replying at least but this time he does not even replying after reading messages on whatsapp
4- then i find there telegram link there i got gsmredix.com sales person whatsapp and he did reply to me about prices and payment option meanwhile i payed throung skrill which he provides to me and from yesterday to till i am asking he is also reading the messages but not replying

Now i really thinks what a poor service from gsmradix.com no metter it takes time to do things however they have to reply at least
UNLOCKTOOL is a great tool now a days but they also have to look upon these things

Hi, get in touch with your seller or reseller if they do not give you any solution, get in touch by private message to any of the two administrators of this forum and they will solve your problem, greetings and forgive all the inconveniences.

i did request one of them earlier now i just request to the 2nd administrator let see they reply or not
