Good day! In general, the devil pulled me at work on my computer to go to the program under my login (it was originally at home), it was necessary to unlock the phone at work. Well, I caught an error 500 - state : query access. Tried to change the password, pressed Cert fix, rebooted - all to no avail. How to overcome this error?
