HELP ! Device "COM8" Open Error !!! The system cannot find the file specified

Hi,
I am trying to unlock the bootloader for Matepad T8 and I get this error "Device "COM8" Open Error !!! The system cannot find the file specified".
I have rebooted the device, the laptop, reinstalled drivers but no use.

I am using Windows 10.

Any suggestions?

The problem is solved, but now I am getting another error:

Tips : Device need to be in BROM mode if Auth Bypass is selected!

I also watched this video:

I installed the driver, installed Libusb, and installed device filter for Media Tek USB Port.

I still got the same error and not solved.
