HELP ! complain about one of your sellers

hi there, one of your sellers who is selling on ebay packages , sold me 1 year package , from the next day i could not access to my accout as i have to wait 3 hours, i do not know if he sold it to more than one customer or not , but someone is using my accout , i contacted him to ask him , after sometimes he told me that someone hacked my account and he offering me new account , i thought the issue is sorted out but next day i coud not access to the new account as some one changed the password, now the seller is ignoring me, what to do now?
