HELP ! Can't flash OnePlus 6T

I have OnePlus 6T that was on a custom ROM, tried to format data but it was damaged anyway
I decided to install stock ROM which is not available in the support area but before that I did the following:
1- backed up EFS partition
2- Read GPT
3- Right click on partitions -> Full read (didn't make full dump)
Now after trying many flash files, I can't flash back the backed up partitions, for example I get this using rawprogram0.xml :
