please i have this problem
bad request error code: 400 state: query access

i read all forum threads related to this problem, and i do all solutions without success.
1-my internet connexion is good
2-VPN installed ok
3-firewall and antivirus disabled
4-i'm using 3 PC all with win 10 64bits, and all PC with same problem
5-i do reset password
who can help me please..
