HELP ! Activation_records folder empty FairPlay empty. can't find ic-sisv file. iPhone 7-7plus

using unlock tool I completed one iPhone 7 repair I was happy. so I tried another and it came up with mount problem. tried both selections for mount no good. so I had to start over again then the errors came ic-sisv file don't exist. so I checked under activation_records and the folder was empty along with FairPlay.. so I put the phone to the side and tried another iPhone 7. same problem again. after it rewrites and can't mount I get the missing file issue. and one I got to finish but the ic-sisv was missing and iCloud didn't work of course. so do anyone have a way of gettin these files back? I even tried flashing another firmware from 3utools. and it still won't work. smh any help is appreciated. and btw I also think it bricked an 8plus and I can't get it to come back.
