After Unlock KG, still get Pop Up of insert MTN and OEM won't turn ON! HELP

first reset the phone, remove frp, unlock bootloader and the reset kg status to completed after that any sim card will work on data

2. FULL FLASH + KG
3. THEN RELOCK BOOTLOADER in ODIN MODE + KG

Do we need to open phone and connect test point for these operations ?
and did you check data after few minutes ?
because phones get locked or block data after few minutes

yes you need to remove back cover test points are down near the charging port....use unlocktool for test-points

HavE you enabled OEM unlock from settings after KG has been removed?

OEM I cant find in developer option

unlock bootloader and set kg to completed but if you flash new firmware phone will relock kg

please dont forget to disable auto update system in developer options

Whenever i try to unlock bootloader from Unlocktool , it hangs on

Authenticating..OK
Initializing usb.. OK
Waiting for device..
and when i connect phone in normal mode with adb option On than i can get info by unlocktool software .
I tried fFrom adb to reboot bootloader mode option too . Than i get below msg
Entering fastboot mode ...
