HELP ! 6s plus passcode always stuck at the last step

ios 11 passcode locked
ipawnder = not working
chckm8 = works and can boot ramdisk 2
eclipsa = works and can boot ramdisk 1 and ramdisk 2
after i click on backup passcode it gets stuck at 10% for 5 mins than error
is dcsd cable needed?

Update ios with 3utools and try again

Update without removing data,retain user's data.

i did and lost sisv file
the phone activated tho and I can make calls
but can't login to icloud
