    you are doing many things wrong...first of all is bootloader unlocked ? here is at least my path 1. unlock bootloader via edl 2.phone lcd goes black...no problem...boot into fastboot and in fastboot tab unlock bootloader via fastboot 3.quick read info and you will see that bootloader is unlocked...
