HELP ! iPad Pro 10.5 Ramdisk mount problem!

Tried the same iPad model (iPad7,3-j207ap) on iOS 15 worked fine; this one (probably on iOS 16) always fails to mount. tried all the Ramdisk bootchains available from the server
Now it's in a bootloop and won't even start! can you please fix it?

Just something worth adding:
The bootloop on the apple logo is not a big issue, it happened to me before on a passcode locked iPhone 8, when you guys released the the “fix mount” ramdisk, I used it successfully to backup, fix bootloop (iTunes restore) then backup and it worked perfectly.
perhaps it’s the same approach for this model as well idk.

I have a A1701 iPad7,3-j207ap but the panic log on the screen says:
Device: J208
Hardware Model: iPad7,4
Should I Be Worried or is that normal?
