HELP ! OPPO A15s was Bricked, Please help

I was trying to flash my Oppo A15s, but it says "Server not Support". using UNLOCK TOOL
The problem is "download not completed error code 0x992566", I Tried to follow all the videos from youtube and troubleshoot from unlock tool but that doesn't work
also when I try the possible solution I need the OPPO_CUSTOM.bin file which I don't have please help. I'm so lost.

Or on MTK UNIVERSAL Tab

But still not solved, I also try click OPPO [RMX] FIX DL, it says OK but doesn't work

PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY NEED HELP!!
