jailbreak the device open the checkra1n app installed on the device after jailbreak and install cydia, open cydia and search for filza file manager, u will use that to erase the account signed into your device after you sign in with your icloud account

1. Open filzaescaped and go to : /var/mobile/library/accounts and Delete: Accounts3.sqlite, Accounts3.sqlite.shm, Accounts3.sqlite.wal
2. Go to /var/mobile/library/ConfigurationProfiles and Delete : ClientTruth.plist and CloudConfigurationDetails.plist
3. In some devices, (ios12.2) you need to go UserConfigurationProfiles and delete all files inside this folder
4. Reboot
5. add new apple ID
