HELP ! Oppo A31 Keeep wiping data

Device came in my hand in dead condition, mediatek port shows without holding volume buttons. The customer who bring the mobile says origional owner give him in pattern lock condition and he full flash with a pattern unlock file with sp flash tool after that the device is completly dead. I have downloaded OPPO_A31_CPH2015EX_11_A.45_201007 file and extract and flash with unlocktool. After flash it shows like download not completed at the bottom of the mobile. Then I hit oppo|rmx fix dl. Now device condition is its wiping data when powered on even after without holding volume down keys. I'm poor in english, i hope you undrestand. Thank you

A little improvement. The wiping data is still there but Now I can access recovery menu with volume+power button. It wasn't available before. I'm thinking of flashing ota file from recovery menu. I'll again post an update after recovery flashing

I have flashed only cache file from this link with sp flash tool and tried flashing ota firmware from recovery. Still same. I guess this mobile can't be recovered in offline method. Anyway thanks for your valuable time. I'll return it to the customer tomorrow

Oh I did that. Anyway, now I don't have that mobile, i have returned it to the technician who gave it to me

Device is alive now. I'm not sure which operation does the magic for me. Operation carried out me are. 1) Unlock Bootloader, 2) Flash all images with unlocktool with TICK on radio button named REPARTITION (including opposerver2 image). 2 issues- there is a msg in booting like orange state and bla bla and second imei null (Maybe the previous technician formated the whole flash before give it to me). Anyway I'll get some penny now in my pocket as the device in completly on condition
