I've managed to disable MiCloud.
It is VERY strange how I did it. I uninstalled qualcomm driver and reinstalled it again using Microsoft Update. Same version - Version : 2.1.2.2 , but it was done in seconds.

Admin, Please solve this problem. I found this error on a lot of Mediatek device.
