when you connect phonwe to manager check driver comport mtk , you uninstall driver microsoft and then you insatll driver mediatek official : https://unlocktool.net/media/Driver_V2.0.1.1.7z

I also have this issue... I already plugged the USB to the phone, in fact the phone is charging while its turn of. I can see the charge indicator, but the DevManager only shows F as an portable device.: every time I plugged this in when my phone is off.
