Hey, I bought a used Note 10 Pro, and I am stuck on the "Activate this device" thing.
Is it possible, using your software, to unlock it and reset it to a new Mi account ?
If so, what options should I use ?

And.. Is this with your tools only or will I have to dismantle my phone?
