HELP ! redmi note 10 5g flashing problme

i have redmi note 10 5g m2103k19g
bootloader is unlocked
i want flash eng rom , after flash with unlock tool go to fastboot
then with cmd comand and in unlocktool fastboot fix brick fastboot also phone go to fastboot again
i flash full dump with unlock tool but phone dead
i use format all and flash also go fastboot
flash wih cmd say error
please help unlocktool team
