HELP ! Realme C11 x3231 SPD no FRP

Hi!
I have an realme C11 needs frp bypass but option not available

1. in oppo then C11 on first tab only factory reset but frp it’s gray
2. In spd I check server , I select rmx3231 then spd rmx3231 but still not available only factory reset

Can be drivers?
