HELP ! poco f1 flashing error same with note 5

i have problem with all mi flashing,
poco f1 only qualcomm mode detected when flash only like this.

even in note 5 redmi same error.

Good, for xiaomi with ufs memories, the most recommendable thing is to select the firmware folder and it will automatically flash all the rawprogram.xml, so it will not give any error or it should not give an error, greetings.
