HELP ! Please restart tool

There is the latest version of the program. For more than a week I can’t use it due to error 500. I’m attaching a screenshot.
Who can help, tell me how to remove this error. Maybe someone from the forum members came across this and knows what needs to be done? In the previous post, the only response from the administrator was - download the new version ..

From the unloctula folder, delete all folders or leave them?

Installed, didn't help. Same error...

from link just unzip to c:/ or desktop . Its only one folder. Dont merge or mix files. Delete old.
try reset pasword to

On the C drive, I created the "Anloctul" folder and threw the program there, deleted the old folders, changed the password literally 3-4 days ago. So far no change for the better .. I have no idea what else needs to be done to make it work ..
