HELP ! [Moto E7 Power] Doesn't unlock bootloader

Hi all,
I bounght this softwasre only to unlock the bootloader of a Moto E7 Power.
I followed the procedure and got a success result, eventually.

But after a reboot I checked and it was a fake:

So this software is not able to unlock the bootloader of this phone.
I want my money back...

Amigo pero el teléfono que tiene,porque si no es porque el celular está dañado así me pasó Ami pero es el celular no la herramienta la herramienta es buenísima
