HELP ! HTTP/1.1 403 forbidden 403

This tool works well only in first day when i buy it.. Then and now it doesnt work anymore about one and half week.. I always get this message HTTP/1.1 403 forbidden.. I already activate your suggested VPN, I already chane DNS to Google fault DNS, I already change my password but not works.. What is the problem????? Help me please..

When I share internet from my own phone hotspot UnlockTool run ok, very well. But when I connect from internet provider then problem comes http/1.1 403 forbidden.

Note problem is only with UnlockTool.
