HELP ! How to easy buy the license from EU, please?

Hello, is any easy way how can I pay for license via credit card or via PayPal, please? I bought OpenPlus NORD 2 5G, yestarday. During try make a root I finished and when I push VOL- and Power I get only recovery with unauthorized ADB. Well, I am not able to go fastboot/bootloader mode. For that reason I need your Flasher tool. But I don't know how could I buy it quick and easy. Will be it possible via Revolut, or how. I need repair my bricked newOnePlus NORD 2 5G (EU).

Good, first you will have to buy the license from authorized and reliable unlock tool vendors, that one plus model has an mtk Dimensity 1200 processor or what the same MediaTek MT6893, you need a firmware with scatter.txt or a read backup to get it back to the life, greetings.
