    Hi, i had this same problem today. Answer is when after you change your serial number to the Unlock Tool one, go back to Unlock Tool. Have ipad in normal mode awake hello screen showing, then open Unlock Tools and click ACTIVATE. then do Ipwn mode. once back into operating system in pawn mode...
