Check your usb cord
Also combination keys

I use to have problems with flashing infinix and Tecno phones with unlocktool
But since I studied and understood this tools , I can tell you I love this tools so much cos it’s almost answering almost all my needs in phone repairs, I hardly use Se’s any other tool since I understood unlocktool
So try above mentioned steps and you will be happy with this tool always
