Solution:
Clean device port
Reboot operating system
Manually select run as administrator
Make sure unlocktool is the only man standing
Disconnect phone battery
Press power button for 10 seconds
Reconnect phone battery
If testpoint make sure you have connected device with your operating system before reconnecting the phone battery
Select server services
Custom EMI from unlocktool EMI backup
And perform operations again.
